Returns And Refund Policies

Return Policy
If for any reason the user is not satisfied with a product, we offer a 4 day return, Please mail us at info@classicuir.com with the exact order details. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible. We will arrange for the reverse pickup.
We don’t offer returns on customised products.

Please note: To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, dustbag and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. After the inspection we will let you know if the return is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be initiated a store credit against the returned order.

Please note: Classicuir reserves the right to decline a return

DAMAGE & REPAIR
Prior to shipping our shipping service does a quality control check of each bag including leather, zippers, straps included, and interior to ensure no bag is shipped out damaged.

In case you receive any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation, contact us immediately after delivery within 48 business hours with supporting evidence. We will arrange for the reverse pick-up. Once we receive the defective article including the tag, dust bag and box. Our shipping and quality control team will personally take care of a customer exchange or refund.

Please Note :It can take 7-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and refund the amount .

Please do not use a blade to open your package & do not damage your bag in order to receive a free return or refund.

Note: Leather : Our vintage distressed leather, washed interiors, and distressed hardware is not considered damage and is carefully quality controlled before shipping. Reproduction of colors is as accurate as possible, although please note, colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor. Also, leather is a natural material and a slight variation is bound to appear in each item.

Scratches and Marks: Scratches and marks on the leather surface are a part of the characteristics of the material. They do not qualify as defects.

Color variation cannot be subject to rejection of goods or merchandise.

EXCHANGES
If you do not like an item, we would like to ask you to return it to us and place a new order! A direct exchange against your desired product is unfortunately not possible.

REFUND POLICY
We do not provide cash refund on orders , Upon return, a store credit will be issued against the returned order which can be used within one year of purchase.

Please Note: We reserve the right to not provide store credit on items that have been used or damaged or not notified within 4 days after receiving the product.
